  • Cloud sync between machines. Your data stays on the machine it was recorded on.
  • Mobile app. Otterlog is a desktop app. Phones don't have the hardware.
  • Team sharing or collaboration. One license, one user.
  • SSO / IT integrations. Not for v1.

What does the 30-day refund cover?

If you've used Otterlog for any reason within 30 days of purchase and it isn't right for you, email hello@otterlog.ai with your order number. We'll process a full refund within 5 business days. No questions, no exit interview.

How does the founding-member tier work?

The first 100 buyers get the lifetime license at $79 instead of $99. Same features, same updates, same refund policy. The tier closes automatically once 100 slots are filled, and any later attempts route to the $99 tier.

What happens when v1.1 ships?

Free. Every Personal-tier customer gets v1.1 at no extra cost. Personal + Calendar is the only tier whose extra value lights up at v1.1 (the calendar integration). If you bought Personal and decide you want calendar integration later, you can upgrade for the price difference.

How does license activation work?

First time you launch the app after purchase, paste your license key. It checks once against Lemon Squeezy, then again every 7 days. If you're offline, there's a grace window so the app keeps working.

One license, multiple computers?

One license, one user, any number of computers you personally own. Don't share with colleagues; that's what team licensing is for (not yet available; ping us if you need it).
